BANDIT:
Number 2 Tells His Story
The day I met my new mom and dad
I had been having another great day singing with my brother and kennel
mates. Singing is my personal favorite since my mom was a beautiful
beagle.
I
sat in Karen's office beside her and sized up these new people. They
smelled like other dogs. They just sat and looked at me. I was trying
to be patient, I had things to do.
Karen left the room and I taught
them how to play fetch!! Not too long after that I was taken to the new
peoples home.
They met my requirements! I
had lots of attention, walks, a fence, anywhere was my place to sleep.
There was good chow, a new brother and sister and most importantly toys
AND a cookie jar! Did I mention the COOKIE JAR???
After teaching them all the
basics of bathing, brushing and crate training I decided to keep these
people. They were very excited and so was I! I will have lived with my
mom and dad for three years June 16th of this year.
My mom and dad said to tell the
folks out there to make adoption their option!! They will be glad they
did. Have a barking good day!

PRESTON: Little Guys Rule!
Mom
writes, "It's hard to believe the things people do to living things.
As far as we know Preston was thrown from a moving vehicle in the
coldest December in years."
"Far out Yankee Bush road was
where the Warren County Humane Society was called to try to catch
something living in a shed."
"Trapping did not work. Calling
with food didn't work. Finally armed with a catch pole Karen caught
Preston who proceeded to roll like a crocodile."
"Preston was scared of
everyone. It took a lot of work from the staff to gain the trust of
this little dog."
"Today Preston lives with us and
his dog family. He thinks he is a Doberman and bosses the rest of the
dogs. He loves our grandkids when they come and sleeps under our
blankets at night."
"Thank you for this wonderful
little dog!"
